Not edible

We definitely don't have an issue eating the wild game in Alaska. My freezer is currently full of moose, caribou and salmon (next to some knob creek & Jose silver). But here's one I wouldn't eat:





This cow was first spotted as a calf in the summer of 2009. I remember hearing about it when I first got to Alaska. This time on her yearly migration which takes her through Delta Junction (about 50 miles approx. south) she has her own calf. I'd love to see her in person some day!
