The year two-thousand-twelve has been amazing to Jack and I. Jack's dad came home from his very last deployment, my extension in Alaska was approved, baby Lyla came too us, I bought a house here in North Pole. It just keeps getting better and better. Here will be the next amazing thing to come to our lives: Tug the Giant Woolly Alaskan Malamute puppy! That's right, we are getting a family dog! I have wanted one for years but it just hasn't been the right time. I found a breeder here in Alaska a couple years ago and have been following them since. Well, they are set to have a litter from two beautiful dogs the day after my birthday. It was meant too be. We pick him out by 3 weeks old (We have 3rd pick, but really 2nd pick of the boys, the person who has 2nd pick is wanting a female) and we get to bring him home at 8 weeks old. The breeder is in Gakona, AK which is a little north and east of Wasilla. It will be a trek bringing our little buddy home but I am looking forward to the adventure. I know what all of you are thinking: "How is she going to deal with Jack AND a puppy?!" Well... too be continued. We will manage and it will be worth every minute of it. If you want to see the breeder and all their dogs and cute-as-heck puppies, visit their site when you have a moment,
