This week seemed longer than normal... after a series of 4 & 3 day weekends I had to work a whole 5 days in a row... But I think the time passed the slowest because I knew once Saturday hit it was time to go pick up Tug! I knew it was going to be an all-day event figuratively. We left the house a little before 9:30 am, and didn't get home until 8 pm. There was contruction on the Richardson which I knew about... what I didn't know was that they had it down to one lane in that area. So the journey South to Gakona took about an hour longer than expected. Then on the way back between the potty & play breaks and slowing down to take a picture of moose we were a few hours longer. But we had a good time and everyone behaved themselves. Luckily my friend Josh agreed to go on this long journey with us so I didn't have to deal with the chaos solo.
