Fun minus one

Hollie, Jon, Henlie and Denver drove up from the big city (Anchorage) Friday night. Jack and I had everyone over for a BBQ and bonfire. Tug had a blast with all the dogs and Jack wrapped yet another girl (Jon's best friend Blair) around his finger. Blair & her husband Mark have a beagle named Copper that is 10 days older than Jack. Tug and Copper played and caused chaos all night. The Pattersons brought my favorite hash brown casserole, Savanna was happy to see her cousin and Oliver was excited to play with Denver. Henlie was kind enough to take a group picture. We definitely missed Heather who is visiting a friend in Seattle. Hopefully we will all get together soon.

Big help...

Or maybe not... Jack got all dressed in his work clothes to help me clean the garage and do some yard work and pooped out after he got dressed.

First word

Jack, Tug and I went over to the Patterson's to watch the girls while Matt & Nicole went for motorcycle ride last night. Amidst all the playing, squealing and laughing, Jack looked me dead in the eye and said, "maaaaawmahhh". I couldn't believe it! Of course he wouldn't repeat it.
